I purchased 3 tickets for a football match in early May 22 - 2 proved to be fake - making the 3rd one unusable as no adult could get in to accompany a child

It took many emails and a recorded delivery letter to get a partial refund in Mid July - Wayne Grierson the UK MD needs to be removed by the US HQ - as UK Stub Hub is failing badly

Paid £250 for Rammstein tickets they never sent them. It's impossible to get in contact with them, they never respond to emails. And I can't unsubscribe from their S hite they send me everyday.
Use See ticket or Ticketmaster.

It has been over one month and during this period I have had two emails from Stubhub. Both email asking for same things... a copy of tickets, an official document for entry refusal & etc...

All information provided, Still no refund for my paid tickets to Queens Club for £903.45 Pounds.

Over the las few weeks I have spend time, money and effort and still no satisfactory outcome.

Thier emails is confirmation of Stubhub is dishonest and fraud service providers.

I shall lobby and follow up government offices to investigate Stubhub practices.

This type of farud company should not exist and /or being allowed to operation @ UK.

Simply, Stubhub is a dishonest, no service and fraud company; whom operate by collect money, tickets & etc from saler's and buyer's at the same time.

No customer service, no follow up..no.... no .. no

Please don't use Stubhub... it is money down the drain.

Awful!! I sold a ticket on this site and filled it out correctly, only to be told that i hadn't selected youth ticket (which i had), i accepted that i would take the ticket back which they waitied a week to do so it was to late for me to sell on...

I then realized £44 had been taken from my account, so i contacted them and they came back saying that yes because i had done it wrong, they had to find the correct ticket and i had to pay the difference! so i paid for somone else to go.

I so emailed them back a few times and they are now just ignoring me.. legit fraud!

We bought tickets to see Sting in Nimes, France in March 2020. The concert was rearranged twice - we booked our flights and hotel for the rearranged 4th July 2022.
Despite travelling to France at a cost - we DID NOT get our tickets. I have tried calling, emailing, online chat, contacting viaTwitter. NOTHING! no response. They have had our money for over two years!!!!!!! and even in the app state "We hope you had a good time"??????? UTTER DISGRACE

I sold my Harry styles tickets on this web site and still haven't been paid. No-one in customer service responding to my emails. They did initially when i asked for help about listing them. Someone needs to take them to court. Still on hold after one hour. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE. Shows on my Stubhub account payment been made when it hasn't!!

Absolute thieves. Has been 2 months since the event. We are almost £300 out of pocket. Stubhub just points us in the direction of eBay S.a.r.l because of a change in ownership, and they do absolutely nothing either. Our contract is with stubhub and they are just not paying despite confirming they have our money and that we have provided all paperwork they require. We’ll be naming them in a small claims action shortly.

Awful company. Glitch in their system meant my tickets listed twice, and I didn't receive my confirmation email when tickets were listed. I called immediately to rectify the problem and was told there was no glitch and now I've been charged £150 for 'not fulfilling the sale'. Have spent collectively 5 hours on hold to customer service, sent over 15 emails and DMd on Twitter, only to be told 'nothing they can do'.

To top it all off, they haven't paid me for the tickets that I did sell. I'm £450 out of pocket to this company.

Unbelievably bad service - avoid at all costs!!!

Sold tickets at short notice as I developed Covid and couldn’t attend. Worked perfectly, I covered costs without trying to rip off the buyer and they paid without trying to get out of the payment. Stub hub paid me five days later as promised. Would use again, if the tickets you are selling are genuine, this is a great service.

Still not received my money.
There is no way to contact them
They don’t answer the phone
They don’t reply to emails
They don’t read the contact forms you send
It’s like they don’t have any customer service at all but they have my money from tickets sold

Where are the people supposed to answer phone calls? Don't have my tickets and no one answers the phones. The automated message says to press 2 to leave a message but it doesn't work. What a joke!

Scam company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! "Sold" my tickets for Download Germany on this site, only to receive an email 10 days after the event saying my "sale" had been cancelled as both tickets were in the same name and wrong category! The tickets were in the name of the LEAD PURCHASER as required by the ticket company, and there was only one category of ticket for this event anyway! I have contacted them to resolve and will be taking legal action against them if they refuse to honour the sale.

Scam company...was refused entry to venue ,tickets were fake ,I will never use them again.

Bought a ticket for a recent England test match at Headingley, Leeds. Ticket advertised as "Instant Download". Paid via PayPal and ticket link forwarded for download which was an amateurish typed PDF document witha barcode and headline above which read "DO NOT PRINT OUT. SCAM" All attempts to contact StubHub produced no response and despite being informed of Scam StubHub took payment from PayPal. My suspicion is that they are complicit in the scamming process. Thankfully PayPal reimbursed my payment without question. BUYERS BEWARE.

AVOID!!!

Such a rip off company. Adds obscene charges without notifying you, abysmal customer service and no complaints procedure. Absolutely shocking how they are even allowed to operate. Stay away from them.
